Welcome! Living in the Bay Area, I have spent the last eighteen
years working with adolescents, families, adults and couples from
diverse cultural background across the Bay Area. As an experienced and skilled clinician whose expertise include working with depression, anxiety, trauma, giftedness, addiction and co-occurring disorders. I also specialize in cultural identity exploration and navigating family and systems from a multicultural lens. I am proud to be able to provide a high level of care and attention to each client and support them in their journey toward healing. I am also bilingual (Mandarin) and bicultural and enjoy providing a safe space and supporting clients exploring their identity.

I have training and experience in evidence based approaches such
as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts, Mindfulness and Seeking Safety.

Having worked in The GIRLS Program in San Mateo County treating
children and families suffering from complex trauma and co-occurring disorders and Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry Chemical Dependency in Redwood City, I have a high level of training in treating addictions and co-occurring disorders.
Most recently I worked treating adolescents and families struggling
with anxiety and depression at Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto. I have been in private practice since 2011 both in person and
virtually.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Philosophy at Occidental College in Los
Angeles and my Masters in Counseling Psychology, Expressive Arts

I currently live in San Francisco and enjoy so much about city life, a
creative cultural experience, and spending time with my family.
